The Nigeria Custom Service (NCS) has officially announced the 2025 recruitment CBT exam date, Shortlisted applicants should read through this post for the Date, Time, Venue and all the given guidelines.

Following the shortlisting email sent to applicants by the NCS recruitment board, The Board has now give the next hint on the next phase of the recruitment which is online CBT examination

The statement was informed as folows;
"The management of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is pleased to notify the general public and applicants that the service has commenced the next phase of its ongoing recruitment exercise, which is Online Computer-based Test (CBT). This second stage of the recruitment exercise, is scheduled to hold from 14th to 21st September 2025.
All shortlisted candidates are hereby advised to:

  • Check their registered email adress and phone number for subsequent information.
  • Note that only applicants who successfully passed the initial documentary scrunity have been invited for this phase.
  • Candidates who applied for enlistment into the superintendent cadre (level 8) should take note that they will be required to sit for an additional CBT after this phase of the exercise.
  • The recruitment process is sequencial. therefore, only candidates who succeed in the subsequent phases will be invited for further screening.
  • The Nigeria Custom Service remains committed to a transparent, merit-based, and credible recruitment process."

After the exam, succesfull candidates that pass the exam will further be contacted through email for the next step of the recruitment

Important notice to 2025/2026 NCS shortlisted applicants:

Before the commencement of the CBT Exams, please take note of the following instructions: 👇

  1. The CBT can be taken at any internet-enabled computer center of your choice.
  2. Only laptops/desktops are supported — mobile phones are not allowed.
  3. Facial verification will be required during login.
  4. Ensure a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary body movements.
  5. Remain on one window only throughout the test.
  6. A pre-test exercise will be conducted two days before the actual CBT.
  7. Links for both the pre-test and actual CBT will be sent to candidates.
  8. Candidates in the Superintendent Cadre may have an additional CBT.
  9. Only successful candidates will be invited for the final screening.
